Introduction and purpose:
 Urinary tract infection (UTI) is very common, mostly bacterial in childhood. UTI may affect the lower urinary or upper tract. Infection typically require antibiotics for treatment. 
 Brief description of state knowledge: The prevalence between 2 8% it more common female, infants uncircumcised male infants. Most paediatric UTIs are caused by Gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli (E.coli). Symptoms this nonspecific be confused with signs other clinical conditions. most symptoms suprapubic pain, back dysuria, frequency systemic such as fever, vomiting, lethargy. Antibiotics standard treatment infections. Conclusion: This article reviews basic informations, epidemiology, presentation, diagnosis infection.
